Admission is free for those accompanying visitors in wheelchairs or visitors with other mobility difficulties. Visitors with special needs (on the basis of proof) and their escort are guaranteed entry without a queue at the main gate. In Haapsalu Biskopilunnus, there are no stairs and curbs that prevent movement. Access to a special platform is guaranteed for visitors in wheelchairs and their companions. Car parking in the immediate vicinity of Lossiplats. Please check the parking options on the website of the Haapsalu City Government. ARRIVAL AT THE FESTIVAL

We recommend arriving early to avoid waiting in line for entry. The longest queues at the entrances are estimated to be around 18-20.

For a smooth entry:

• Look for a printed ticket or be ready to show the barcode of the ticket on your mobile phone;
• Do not carry prohibited items (see list “not allowed”)
• Admission is free for children up to 7 years (including), except for numbered seats. For children aged 8-16 years (including a year) ticket on the spot 15€;

Be reasonable and consider that queues and waiting are possible in large crowds – our team will do everything possible to make your festival visit smooth and pleasant. Be courteous to fellow guests and servers.

• When preparing for a purchase, find the exact cash or card needed for the purchase;
• The Piletilevi gift ticket does not guarantee admission to the festival. The gift ticket must be exchanged for the desired event ticket at the Piletilevi point of sale before coming to the festival. Additional information www.piletilevi.ee

Aggressive and clearly drunk people cannot enter the festival or will be removed from the festival area without the possibility of returning.

CIRCULATION SERVICE INFO 🔄

Due to the Packaging Act, reusable food containers and drinking cups are used at this event! A RECYCLING SERVICE pledge is added to each beverage and/or meal without packaging.

Please return all dishes and cups to the designated collection box or put them in the return tent – please do not throw the dishes in the trash!
🔄The caterer serves food/drinks in recycled products. The customer pays a deposit fee for recycled products
🔄The customer returns the recycling product to the collection points and the organizer returns the deposit fee to the customer.

Customers who do not wish to use the recycling service can use the drink cup they brought with them or consume products that are packed in packages bearing a pledge mark (tin cans, drink bottles, etc.).

PAYMENT

• Bring enough cash to ensure a smooth purchase. There are card payment options in the trade. Due to the large crowd, the work of card payments may be disrupted due to the overloading of telephone masts. There are no ATMs in the festival area.
• Dress according to the weather. Rather, dress warmly. The ticket to the festival area is a one-time ticket.

ADMISSION TO THE FESTIVAL:
✅ With brought chairs (must not interfere with the view of other visitors);
✅ With plaids (must not get in front of the movement trajectory of other visitors);
✅ Wine party with glasses that are reusable (it is forbidden to put the glasses down).

NOT ALLOWED:
❌ Enter with umbrellas and other head coverings that block the view of fellow visitors. If necessary, take a rain stick with you;
❌ Enter the festival area with food and/or drinks;
❌ Other prohibited items (blades, firearms, narcotic substances, etc.);
❌ With pets;
❌ Professional photo and video equipment (more than 15mm lenses);
❌ Bicycles, motorcycle equipment, etc.
